SEPEN and beyond: how can EU support to Member States’ health workforce planning policies contribute to healthier societies?

The aim of the “Support for the health workforce planning and forecasting expert network” joint tender was to activate a community and to establish an expert network on health workforce planning and forecasting. The closing event of the SEPEN joint tender will summarize the results and key messages of the SEPEN joint tender, looking at the achievements of the past three years, and also looking at opportunities for future of EU level actions on health workforce planning. We are glad to present information about our SEPEN community, the SEPEN eBook comprising country profiles mapping national health workforce policies in EU-28 that has been compiled, in addition the outputs of 5 European workshops and 3 national exchanges of expertise concerning national implementation of health workforce planning in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Let us meet and continue the dialogue on our online closing event on the 28th October 2020!
