An interactive poll “Vote for Health Workforce” was executed at the Health Workforce island in the Health Lab with participants who visited the SEPEN exhibition at the 34th edition of EHMA annual conference.
During the game, participating visitors could vote for strengthening HWF-related issues on the EU health policy agenda and choose to support the five sectoral professions (physician, nurse, dentist, midwife, and pharmacist) to be developed.
Voters could express their opinion by throwing a ball with the corresponding profession that they considered the most important in HWF development.
Poll results and discussions underlined that HWF should be continuously addressed on different levels (global, EU, national and regional).
