Five new projects kicked-off this spring and all are actively running under the scope of "Support to reforms in the health workforce field". The new projects are co-funded by the Third Health Programme of the European Union. The three key topics to be investigated thoroughly in the coming years are the following: medical deserts, task shifting and retention policies.

The projects mainly focus on mapping existing tools, practices and methodology, and they will all produce tangible outputs and deliverables that will be available for policy makers for further use. The projects also aim to facilitate experience exchange and foster knowledge sharing in the three key topics via online events and dialogues.
